Hi Marissa and welcome to BioRUST.
In this forum we tend not to do free work for people. BioRUST is all about the sharing of knowledge and the encouragement of beginners - if someone just does it for you, you won't have learnt anything. Also, many members of this forum are graphics professionals, so this sort of work is their bread-and-butter and some find it insulting to be asked to give their services for free.

However, I'm sure there will be BioRUST members who are only too happy to offer advice to guide you through fixing your image (I'd do it myself but I'm just about to leave for a week's holiday).

Alternatively, you could offer this as paid work.

in relation to your comment, i did post on SEVERAL forums as i am not famailiar with photoshop, and its true i don't have it and wanted to see the outcome of it and whether it was possible from the angle the pic was taken on to get it done, i had actually asked several top pro retouchers to do it and was willing to pay ,i sent my pics and was going to pay £75 for three of my pics by a top retoucher who works for the mainstream mags cosmo etc, he said the pics cause they were done on a certain camera and because the angle focus was to soft that it would be to hard to work on and i should get them done again and he will retouch them for £25 per pic which i now plan on doing ,so i was willing to pay i was not looking for FREE work as you put it ,i have no problem paying for good work so i have no idea where your comment came from.
