Help: Making images links (it isn't what you think...read)

I know the code for images and making those images hyper links and blah blah blah.

The real question is, is their a way (or a program) that you can make the images links to begin with. Like in Adobe Photoshop, can you do that?

The reason I ask, if you need to make a shape to fit into something or be apart of something, how do you do that without the grusome task of using <DIV> and being precise to the pixel to insert let's say a circular button in a circular cut out in your main skin...

Errrr, if you are asking what I think you are asking, then just use Imageready - it allows you to define hyperlinks for any image or imageslice, and exporting the optimized image will also generate the HTML for you as well...
