It's really a big change in CS4. I just downloaded a trial version and have to say, this is the biggest change Adobe made for a long time. No "Bonjour" folder in your program files anymore and the interface is a bit different, also some new tools in the toolbox.
The, save for web option also seems to be improved.
I found a website (Unfortunately in Swedish) that explains the new features in SC4: Allt om Photoshop CS4 - Moderskeppet.se Sorry! Can’t find an English version.

I also want to try the cs4....

And know the feedback of the users,

From cs3 to cs4, will I adjust too much on using it?

Hi,
I have gone over to CS4.........fantastic changes...one of those changes which I really like is found in the 'curves' panel (adjustment - curves). Simply select the dark or light area on your image and then drag the cursor, up or down, lighter or darker.
The best source for photoshop in English is NAPP National Association of Photoshop Professionals (NAPP)
Also 'Layers' magazine is just fantastic! Adobe Creative Suite Tutorials, Reviews and Resources for Photographers, Designers, Illustrators and Developers | Layers Magazine
Enjoy!
