icofx is an icon editing freeware app. Beautiful features, import any image and turn it into XP or Vista icons or start from scratch. It's a no brainer, That's why I can use it hope it helps

Oh yea. It supports Macs too.

I would love to see the icons available therein.It will be helpful for me because i really like to put icons to my designs.
