how create clouds as in the birds PIXAR.com

hi i am new on this forum and my question is how to create clouds as in the short film made by pixar

in photoshop 6

htere must be a filter or a trick to make these fluffy clouds

There's a bigger picture.

If you had a Wacom tablet you could probably airbrush a similar effect. Then a slight Gaussian Blur.

Hmmmmm, light fluffy clouds are easy to make, but the cartoonish effect might elude you somewhat. Try following these cloud tutorials and then altering the Hue/Saturation until your effect develops:

I have cloud brushes Just search 'mim' on adobe exchange and there they are. Dunno how useful they'd be exactly but I've had good response from people there.

I would use pixar's own render man and maya and make some particle clouds, then you shall probably have an authentic effect.
