How To Do This Text Effect

Now I have seen some "Bling" text tutorials and they all for the most part look like garbage, but I came across these mixtapes some dude did and I am wanting to know how to do this effect and no one can tell me. Can someone help me out?

Now I know its the same style with different color balance and such but does anyone know how to create that style of text?

it would be quite usefull to have a higher quality sample, but I am betting that it is just a matter of finding the right layer style and pattern overlay.
plenty of quality peeps here that might know offhand though.

its all good...I found another way of doing it. I took the picture of the "diamond skull" that seems to be popular with rappers and was able to get a cross section off it and make it into a pattern and did it that way...the other bling tutorials just look way to fake so I used something real to my advantage. Thanks for the input though guys
