Website templates?

How do you use the website templates that are available on this site? I downloaded one, but I don't know how to use it...

I haven't downloaded one, but I'm assuming it contains a Photoshop file and maybe a starting html page. You can make edits to the design in the Photoshop file. It's supposed to help start you with a website design.

Yeah, you can use the images as a starter for your own website. You do need to code it all. So if you want a Html site, you ought to code all the Html, and incorporate the images into that....
