Pixel aspect problem

My problem is when i want to import image into PS CS3 it says :

"Pixel aspect ratio correction is for preview purposes only. Turn if off for maximum image quality"

So my question is, where i can turn this off?

• Image > Pixel Aspect Ratio
• Select Square

Honestly, if you'd Googled this you would have found the answer yourself in about 10 seconds flat.
