Just select the 'move tool' (top right of your tools palette) and move start pressing those cursors!!!

One tip: if you hold shift while pressing the cursors you move your object by 10 pixels...

ok, i tried that... what do you mean by pressing the cursors? when i move it with the arrow keys, it moves the whole image, in the tutorial, it should only move the outline select thing. :-\

If you have a warez copy of Photoshop CS, one particular distro was utterly botched and has a whole host of problems, including being unable to use cursorkeys with selections. If you have that botched distro you'll have to just dump it - theres no way to fix it.

The cracked version of Photoshop CS available no Kaaza has a TON of problems like m0g said. Your hotkeys won't work either. I recommend buying the program instead.

I can see it! It uses the TSCC (TechSmith Screen Capture Codec) for video and no sound codec. Kind neat having Tut's in video.

You gotta tell me what program you used to make those animated GIFs in your newest tutorial malboroman! I can see lots of use for that kind of tool.
