Need help<<<<<>>>newbie
I am making some graphics on Photoshop cs3, but when it comes to text i only get flat text. Is there any way i can write text with the styles i use for shapes? How? Please help me!!!

For future reference, you'll stand more chance of getting an answer to your question if you give your thread a meaningful title.
You apply layer styles to type in exactly the same way you do to shapes:
Write your text with the
Type
tool
Ensure
Type
layer is active in the
Layers
palette
In the
Styles
palette, click the style you want to apply

After you type you text with the text tool, change your cursor to the move tool and use the Fx icon on the bottom of the layers palette to load and select a layer style.

You can use The FX
It has Many Option like:
1. Bevel and Emboss
2. Shadow

The FX will work as long as you have that layer selected. They work the same as on a custom shape.
