Neep help with filtering

all out of the options under this menu are gray

for some reason i cant click on them and i have tried everything

please help!

Check your Image Mode (select Image > Mode and then note which one has a check mark against it). Some filters only work with certain Image Modes and Colour Depths. My guess is that your Image Mode is set to Indexed Color - none of Photoshop's built-in filters work with this colour mode.

It would be helpful if you told us a little more information about your issue. What are you trying to do? Are you in RGB or CMYK mode etc.
