tear-up-paper like design...

Hi guys..anybody know how to do the tear-up-paper like...I really dont know what u called that..but herewith attached..

  1. Make a new layer below your original and fill it with white
  2. Draw a jagged line across the page on the top layer with the Pen Tool, then connect up the path outside the bottom section of the layer
  3. Press Ctrl+Enter to convert the path to a selection
  4. Press Delete to remove the lower section (below the "tear")
  5. Add a Drop Shadow layer effect to the top layer

That was very good. It took a while untill I understood how to do, but then pling, it worked. Cool. Thanks, learned something new.

That's ok it worked. I have just one problem. I would like to do a very nice soap bubble. From scratch, all by my selv. I have tried but can't get it. I haven't find the right way yet.
