I can't say I agree. If it's just the arrow, it looks too much like good old "RETURN" in a mirror, and if everything is part of the logo, it's way too many elements. Also, a good logo should in some way incorporate the company name, and the only place I see E, S and I in that order, is in "ecstatic".
But it's a nice start, though

I'd use the arrow as a basis and develop it into a 3-segment, more dynamic form from there, much in the same way you've done with the three "buttons" on the bottom.
