skin smoothening?..i think you can find all you looking for at the tutorial section..

Hi Rhian08 and welcome to BioRUST.

Rather than do work for people, we tend to try to show them ways of doing it themselves (hence yusreey's link to a photo retouching tutorial). It's the old principle of "Give a man a fish" versus "Teach a man to fish".

To be honest, most of these pics look fine to me. They look like they've been professionally photographed and may already have been retouched a little. To retouch them further may result in that artificial over-airbrushed Playboy look (unless that's what you're going for?). I'm also thinking, if they have been professionally photographed, that the photographer might be the best person to approach to do any retouching that's required (since they will have the original full-size, full-resolution images).

definitly been retouched already, any way to get originals? these look a little beyond help to look great, but you may be able to salvage them somewhat.
