Need Custom Tool Shape, Please Help!

Hello all who took the time to view. I lost all of my custom tool shapes today and I had quite the collection. I thought at first it was my brushes and shapes but now realize my brushes are still there where I can load them.

I had a problem and supports answer was to uninstall and reinstall. I was working on a template and need a certain custom tool shape to finish it. I know I got it for free somewhere but after a long time searching I just can't remember where. If anyone could help me identify and locate this shape I'd appreciate it so much!

Thanks for the reply! I actually did check out the shapes here and there are some great ones I can use but not the one I need to finish my project. Appreciate your time though.

I think that's in the pre-installed set of custom shapes called "Animals". If you haven't got it, I've attached a copy (in a zip file).
