Question on Patterns

I am in the icon making factory and use a lot of brushes and icon textures. Is there any way to create a PAT File of textures easier and faster than opening each png or jpeg texture apart and define it as pattern?

How I can download frames for invitations likke greeting cards?

In answer to the original question:
You could write an Action and then create a batch. Have a look at this: Batch Processing in Adobe Photoshop
(it's aimed at Mac users, but the principle is the same for PC)
