Can anyone tell me how to do this text effect?

http://www.hammerheart.sk/img/Intro_Skelet9.jpg

I need to redo that text, because that one is too pixelated. How would i create that text effect in PS?

A tutorial would be nice D:

looks like a bevel/emboss layer effect to me.
if you have this font, open a new doc.
write the text.
rasterize the text (under the layer tab)
then select bevel/emboss under layer>style

that's just my thoughts.
im sure though, that you will get all the help you need from the many experts here.

Look for a graffiti style font and use a layer style.

i took the jpeg that you had and selected just the red with the majic wand tool.
put it on a larger doc and stretched it out.
then added the layer effect.
I took a screen shot so thet you could see the settings i used.
its a bit choppy but i was in a hurry.
gotta sleep sometime.

im glad that you agree ROPhoto

Stacky is close and nice, but when i have some free time tomorrow (fingers crossed) i'll do a full tut for it in no time. You should try a cristallized cloud overlay to make it look more like it, stacky.

I do not believe it's a bevel and emboss, if you look closely, the 3d effect has a kind of perspective on it - the emboss layer effect has an isometric look. I may think up of something to get something similar...

I think I found a way to have something that may resemble the effect posted by Vert.

Rey9999: that's a very in-depth tutorial and it seems to be very close to the original effect. Well done!
