Photorealistic hair ?
Have somebody any plug-in for hair ? I'm searching for the most realistic hair

Depends what kind of hair you want. Alien Skin's Eye Candy Textures includes an Animal Fur filter, but I suspect you're wanting human hair, are you? There is a pack of Hair brushes available in the Resources section here: BioRUST.com :: Downloads >> Hair Brushes
