New free plugin
I have just downloaded this free plugin and have tried to see what it does. It has a nice interface but as far as I can see there was no change to photo I was trying it on.
So let me know if there is something I am missing.

Image and photo enhancement and processing with ImageSkill

It is the light version that is free.

it looks like it lightens the shadow part of an photo. i haven't tried it yet though.

It looks like it does pretty much the same as the Shadow/Highlight image adjustment in CS2.

Yea I must agree with the other comment, it seems to do basically the same thing as the default image/highlight option.
