importing brushes?

I feel like an absoloute n00b right now... but anywayz, i was wondering how i import new brushes. I already have teh files, i just dont kno how i use them.

photoshop brushes

download brush

go to brushes

then go to top where it shows the brush

click on the arrow on the righthand side

and then click on load brushes
