Hi Tony
No I would not recomend the Andrews filters for everyones taste.. at the moment I am creating myself a quick reference visual chart using one image and just selecting the default value on each of his filters.
Andrews filters are more for the fun of it, or for the keen abstracters..
Im loving it (although a bit tedious Im up to set 12), its sort of like therapy for my lazy mind and busy hands.. some people like to knit, I like to push buttons.
I like to paint, and sometimes I just like to splash paint around, playing with filters like Andrews lets me do that without having to clean up the mess when Im done..
The most anoying thing Im finding with Andrews filters at the moment is that the effects are repeating themselves..ahh.. and and an average Im wanting to keep only 6 or so out of 18-29 in each set. Finaly Im not liking at all that occasionaly the preview does not reflect the actual result at all realy, this is ony happening in about 1/20
when Im done making my visual reference I will be cleaning my filters out and starting on another bunch
