I merged Yuneeks thread with my old one I was trying to build up. Some of the links from mine are probably in his 'extensive collection.'

I'd also like to comment, http://robouk.mchost.com and http://www.systemdark.com have been shut down by the owners. Two VERY good sites, unfortunately gone. Just a little side note. :P

Thanks for the updates S2F. I think M0g's idea abour swallowing up the expiring site's tutorials is an excellent idea. It would be nice to see people's hard work and top notch instructions/tutorials continue on. Perhaps if one of you guys contact them, they might still have them on file somewhere and would be willing to share their own brand of expertise with the tutorial section.

Alas robouk has already given his tutorials to someone else (spoono I think), but its a great idea, I must admit! If everyone could keep on the lookout for closing GFX sites i'm sure we'll be able to save a few people's hard work from oblivion.

The things people do with broken hands...

One guy I know got into a photoshop battle with onehand pierced (in the bad oucha kind of way) and the other broken- he did so well love him. He also got a job on the conputer too. Well done for the list- rather than bookmark them all I'll just boookmark here I think

Its quite simple really. All you have to do is create the flames as usual. THEN add a new layer on top of all the others with a transparent cutout area (in the shape of whatever text you want). Just make sure its present on all frames... and voila! Its done!
