How to make pic look like PS CS2 loading pic?
Hey,


Guys i need a little help. Do any of you know how to make pic that look like those photoshop loading pics? On PS CS2 it has feather looking out of the picture? I would be really greatful if anyone can help me with this. Thank you

That technique is usually called OOB (Out Of Bounds). Here's a few tutorials to get you started:
