To save your new brush(es) to a new set, select Preset Manager from the Brush Tool's drop-down menu. Click on the brush you want to save (or use Ctrl+click to select more than one), then hit Save Set...
Give your new set a name and note the location (the default is C:\Program Files\Adobe\Adobe Photoshop xx\Presets\Brushes where xx is your version of Photoshop, but you can save it anywhere on your HDD). The new set will be saved as a file with a .abr extension.
If you want to submit a brush set to BioRUST, you'll need to put it in a ZIP file first.
