I have to agree with turvas. I appreciate the effort you've made to find these videos, but you could have put all the links into one post. I'm also dubious as to the actual educational value of most of these videos. This particular one has no commentary to describe what is actually being done, the actions on the screen are mostly too fast to follow and the screenshots are too small and blurry to make out what tools and options are being used. Absolutely no use whatsoever to a beginner.
