I'd like to see a beginner to Photoshop try to follow this "tutorial". Do you read the (French) subtitles, or do you watch what's happening on the screen? I'm pretty sure you can't do both at the same time.

I agree, it's not possible one can do both adequate at the same time.
One must be able to read French and if so there is another difficulty.
The subtitles appear as a illuminated news trailer. If you can read the language the subtitles then appear too slow.
