If you use Firefox, there's an extension called Media Pirate that allows you to download video files from sites like Youtube. Here's the link: https://addons.mozilla.org/firefox/4318/

If you use IE, you could try this site: Flash Video Resources

I haven't tried either of these, so I can't say for sure whether they work or not.

Flash Video Resources works very easy...we only need to input the URL and click save target to download it.

or you can buy for example flashget. it download all webiste not only flash animations.
