actions question

Hey guys i noticed in the downloads center under photoshop actions that there is an action called Fire3 Combustion action only the req says it is for cs 2 and up but i am running photoshop 7 i was just wondering if anyone knows where i could get an action with a similar effect for my version of photoshop.

All that action is, is an automated version of this: AlphaPlugins. Tutorials of filters for Adobe Photoshop, After Effects, Premiere and etc.
which as you can see requires the Fire 3 plugin. I can't see any system requirements for this plugin listed anywhere (i.e. minimum Photoshop version) so it might be that you will be able to get it to work in PS7. Maybe download the trial version and try it out?
