downloading frame/edge masks

Can anyone tell me where to download frame and edge masks? I've sorted out where brushes and actions go but I've found some good frames and can't use them!

There is no set default location for frames/edges like there is for brushes, actions etc. Just make a folder on your hard disk and store them in there. When you want to use one, open it in Photoshop as you would any other file, then drag it into your image as a new layer. Use the Transform tools to resize it to fit, if necessary and play around with the layer Blending modes.

I like to keep them in a folder named for the source so I can credit the creator when I post. I have a LOT of resources and this is the only way I can keep track.

Thankyou for your replies, that makes sense, I just assumed that they were an add in/plug in. I will try what you suggested.
