The bleed depends on the printer and how it is being produced. Generally speaking it is a good idea to allow 1/8th of an inch (not sure the conversion because they try not to teach us americans to consider the rest of the world... haha) bleed on all sides of the piece. Also there is what is called a live area of a print design that suggests that any text or anything you value seeing in the piece should be at least 1/4 inch inside of the final crop lines of the piece. Printers tell you this in case there is a problem in the cutting process and too much gets cut off. They aren't responsible for the small variations.
Apart from that, the color is right the resolution is good. If you are planning on looking into doing this more I would suggest using a page layout program (Quark or InDesign) and use Photoshop for the backgrounds or any images. The text and finished product will come out much better and when you're used to it, it will save you time.
Another word of warning, reds and greens don't print as well as they look on the screen. Obviously still use them, but be prepared for a bit of a shift in what you see on the screen.
PM me if you need any other help.
