Imageready help

Hello everyone. I am new to imageready, I seam to know thebasics of the applicatioin. The problem that I have encountered is that if I change something and I go to update the website with the new graphics or a preview it is not the same as it is on the imageready, like some images/layers have moved. I would like some help as how this could happen and what I can do to fix it. Thank you very much.

That's because if you changed something in imageready the script that imageready "makes" changes....so if you change the template you must also change the script so that all the imags are put on the right places
