Random Sparkle Effect

Anybody have a good trick to simulate the sparkle effect found in this tutorial:

Looking for a short cut so I don't have to them one by one!

the only way I can see is by making an action for it. or making them all at once and then doing the layer duplication and what not.

That sparkle effect is actually making use of a sparkle brush set that you can find in our very own downloads section...
