How do i get this effect? help please

i made this image when i was in cdc class one day working on photoshop. i dont remember how i got it, all i remember is using clouds and i think either craqelure(however you spell it) or patchwork. i think i used 3 filters to create this. i would like to be able to create this again just bigger, i have the psd if that would help but i doubt it, here it is.

Not sure about the rest of it, but I think you can get the line effect by using the Halftone Pattern filter (Filter>Sketch>Halftone Pattern). Set the Pattern Type to Line. This will give you horizontal lines, but you can then use Edit>Free Transform to rotate and resize them to fit. Create your lines on a separate layer and alter the blending mode as necessary.

thats not what i did, i remember just using filters to get that effect. this is pretty frustrating.
