animated gifs

hey guys im looking to learn how to creat an animated gif i was told i can use the image ready from my photoshop 7 to do this can anyone reccomend some tutorials on creating animatd gifs with image ready or maybe some programs that wouls be better for doing this

Nice tutorial but I prefer to make GIF files from video...

Just imagine - to do avatar from your favorite movie..
GIF files are small. That's great for web.

Also I crazy about movie and do avatars a lot.

Did you heard about video_avatar. I use it. It's perfect to me. It convert almost all video formats to animated gif.
