help needed please!scratch disc!

Iam not sure if this has been asked yet or if this is where i can post this.
my photoshop, when I tryed to use a brush it said my scratch disc was full. what do I do to fix this so i can use my photoshop?Also I downloaded some new brushes and I dont know if that has anything to do with this but my photoshop keeps feezing up on me.agian what do I do?

You need more memory, meaning RAM. Photoshop takes up a quite a bit of memory to run. You're getting that message because you're running out and that's why you're getting frozen.
