If you copy the ABR files into the Brushes folder (the default location is C:\Program Files\Adobe\Adobe Photoshop CS\Presets\Brushes), they will be available next time you open Photoshop.
If you want to keep them in a different folder, you can load them as needed by clicking on the Brushes menu button, selecting Load Brushes and then browse for them.
