Yeah - unfortunately this seems to be an issue with .psb files: you can easily create images larger than 30,000 pixels wide (or larger than 2Gb) in Photoshop, which are automatically converted to .psb (Photoshop Big) format, but you won't be able to print them.
One workaround is to temporarily resize your .psb file so that it comes in below the 30,000 pixel/2Gb limit, print it at this size, then close your original file without saving it. How big do you need to print it? - and come to think of it, is it really necessary for the file to be that big in the first place?
