Using .PSD as web temps

Hi everyone,

How do I turn a photoshop file (.PSD) into a web template? Its probably a real dumb question but I need some guidance, thanks alot!

Well, you probably need to slice the file down into sections.

You could also use a program called sitegrinder to do it for you!

Save it in File>Save For Web

nice site.. looks like pixel2life owns it.. but anyways, my site and 2 of my clients sites are all in sliced form. its pretty easy once you get the hang of it. i always make sure when i do, save for web i make sure my images are saved in jpg form and that the color is not off. make sure your color isnt off.. and if it is, the way i get it to the original color which i worked with, select your layout, you can resize it at the bottom of the save as web dialog box so that you can select your whole layout.. hope that helps..
