Glow Effects to make certain things glow more?

Hi,

I want to make some in-game screenshots look very nice and this person here did this to the screenshot, look how his weapons glow much more compared to normal screenshot, and also his colors are diferent. Please let me know what effects he used for the
- Weapon Glows
- Color change
- and maybe TEXT?

Hmmm. If you're talking about the fact that brighter objects glow then that's called bloom. It is actually in WoW but not that much. I've made a few actions for this in Photoshop which you can find in the resources under photoshop actions.
