How Do I Upload Actions?

Well, the title basically says my question. I downloaded some actions for Photoshop from the Resources page and I don't know how to upload them onto Photoshop. I don't know if it said how anywhere, and if it did, sorry, I didn't see it.

Your actions go inside your PS program file, inside Presets file, and from there you will see the actions file.

If you copy the ATN files into the Photoshop Actions folder (the default location is C:\Program Files\Adobe\Adobe Photoshop X\Presets\Photoshop Actions where X is your version of Photoshop), they will be available next time you open Photoshop. In the Actions palette, click the Menu button (the little triangle) and you should see them listed there.

If you want to keep them in a different folder, you can load them as needed by clicking on the Actions menu button, selecting Load Actions and then browse for them.
