photo frames?

I use photoshop CS for making signatures and digital scrapbooking mostly. I can't seem to figure out how to get some picture frames. even if they are brushes or shapes? Does anyone know something that can help?

Hi, I design digital scrapbooking kits and that include frames. They are saved as png. file so all you have to do is to put them over the picture and resize.
The same applies to brushes. All you have to do is to oplen a new layer, use the brush and than resize it - you can also use the style.....

They are a bit on the small side but maybe you can figure out how to make your own by looking at the psd file?
