Want to capture screenshot of video

Hi everyone
I have been trying to capture a screen shot of a video that is running in real player , using Print Screen, However, when I paste it in photoshop I see the very begiining screen of the video, not the one that I saw when I clicked on Print Screen.

How can I get it to work?

Get a prgram called TopazMoment, (which is actually retail software, but I'm sure you can depend on keygen.us), it will alow you to extract just the frame you need.

You can also use VLC. Just pause it at the frame you want(although it does seem to have a small bit of lag before it actually pauses) and go to Video--> Snapshot.

I've used Media Player Classic a long time. It has great features which include screenshots of the video... and did I mention it's opensource (=free)
