Ahhh, they make it look so easy!
Of course, it really is that easy... but it still takes tons of work and fiddling to get it that far. Any idea how many hours he/she spent on that image?

What program would be best to do something like this in?
I think Photoshop would be easiest for me...

Wow that looks cool! Yeah they made it sound simple but just looking at it you just know that as soon as you try you'll be wandering into artistic cul de sac. Knowing how to do it is one thing...coming up with the right image and then knowing how to draw over it with a convincing cyberoutfit is another. The ideas should come first and then you use the know how...very hard to do it the other way around.
