What a cutie! Shot is very soft, anything you do will deepen the pixellation. Maybe someone else can help you more. Very sweet smile!---bedlam123

Well, I don't really have that much experience editing poor photos with Photoshop and there's reason for that. You can't create non-existing pixels. If the information wasn't there before, it won't be there after you photoshop it. This I learned from the Total Training videos for Photoshop CS. If you have CS2, you could try the "Reduce Noise..." command, and play a little with the setting until you find something you like, but you'll never make it good or great. Mobile phones just don't have the capability to take high quality photos with low noise levels.
Basically, a poor photo will remain a poor photo no matter which filters you bombard it with.

To get you started I have adjusted colours, histogram, etc. and run the image through Noise Ninja. Do yourself a favour and buy this programme.
Nothing fancy here. Hope this helps. My bill is in the mail. :-)

There's not much artificial going on here except some smoothing to get rid of the noise. I adjusted the histogram to make it brighter, but you can do as you wish.
There is only so much you can do with a cell phone picture.
