Sorry to say - there's no real quick-fix solution for that. That's gonna require time and patience and judicious use of the Healing Brushes to get results that are anywhere close to acceptable.
But...it can be done.
Good luck.

so just healing brushes you think or you know? I dont mind trying to fix them.. well the ones that are the greatest..

edit - i just tried it, and ive never used the healing brush, but i am going to read up on it, because i messed around with it a little and i think if i tweak it enough, i can get it to work.. i appreciate your response, thank you so much..

You can use the clone brush tool too. It's doable, but as has been mentioned, it will be tedious and time consuming.

If you want, I could probably help out on some touch-up work. To fix them I would definately suggest the clone tool, and then some contrast/brightness as well. The clone tool may take a while to finish a single picture, but the results can be quite amazing.

Id only like you to take a shot at it if you have the time. I tried a few times with the healing brush but I usually only have time late at night to mess with ps, like continuously. i got rid of some of the dots on the outside but the dots on us, like theres one on my mouth and a few on my son and a little bit on my mom, my moms on the left and im on the right and my kid is in the middle.. but anyways, i took a little bit out but i think that i couldve done a better job.. but if you have time.. id appreciate it greatly..

I have plenty of time, so it would not be a problem working on them. If you want you can contact me at:

awmayo (at) andrew.cmu.edu

I'd be glad to help out.
