Question on brushes

Ok, Can you rotate brushes????? I have been having a hard time getting the brush rotated how I want it....

go to Windows>>Brushes, then click "Brush Tip Shape," (at the top) you should see it.

I believe that, on the Brushes menu, there's an adjustment option for Angle.
Another option, though much more labor-intensive, would be to stamp your brush onto a blank layer, by itself, then rotate it as you would any picture element.
