I didnt Understand ^^ sorry but if you mean a brush that you can make from scratch -easy there are also wesites that teaches you how to make good ones - I can help with that -either I get you some lessons over or get you the websites- .

I think they mean brushes that look like scratches.
Click the Resources tab. There's a nice set (or two) right here at BioRUST.

Well, if you have enough credits it could be a browser issue or an aggressive caching software. Try refreshing your page a few times and see if you can manually force an update...
