Slicing Website & Dreamweaver

So Ive sliced my site, go it into dreamweaver and ive been following.. trying to follow this http://www.rafidhasit.com/tutorials/....html]tutorial and i cant get the background to go like he does, and it just dosent make sense.. I think you have to watch the tut to understand what im saying.. guess im trying to say also.. that ive failed to slice my temp and put it into dreamweaver to code.. help! please some one..

Nevermind I fixed my site. www.ecntrcbeauty.org not completely done, i have to password protect one page and finish my credits and links and add a few more things.. thanks though..
