decreasing KB's

could someone please help me decrease a picture's KB? It would be greatly appreciated. Please and thank you in advance.

Try something called ImageVice. I have had the Photoshop plugin lying around for months now, but I have never felt the need to use it. But you can try it out.
I have attached it with this post.
Note: The archive should be unzipped to give a self-extractor, which should be unzipped into your Plugins directory.

Yeah, change the file type through fireworks maybe also...that works really well
