tutorial request

i just started photoshop and im currently making a game with my friend, and he suggested idea of having our friend as the charactors of the game(lmao we are still young and still have dream so dont laugh!! i always wanted to have wings xD ), so i would like to ask if its possible if someone could make a tutorial to teach how to turn photo into line art(with the quality of those in animations)
